What Happens To Your Body When It Doesn’t Get Enough Exercise

You are wasting your money on anti aging products! That’s right; if you aren’t exercising on a regular basis you may not live long enough for it to matter?

You may think exercise is just for overweight people on a diet, or some “health nut”, but I’m about to show you how important exercise is to you.

Why you need exercise

You need enough energy to enjoy life.

Without exercise you’re always fatigued, because your heart needs to stretch and work to it’s full potential. When your heart gets sluggish, every cell in your body starves for oxygen and nutrients. Without oxygen and nutrients they age and die.

Exercise promotes strong bones and organs.

Bones love exercise. Exercise promotes storage of calcium in your bones instead of in your organs. Calcium not stored in your bones just keeps building up in your kidneys and other organs. Now you’re at high risk of kidney stones and osteoporosis.

Using muscles is the best antioxidant.

Muscles always need a good workout to keep tone and strength. When they’re idle, blood flow slows down. Among other problems, decreased blood flow slows down the removal of waste from your cells. Now you’re overloaded with toxin in your body and weak.

How far can you go with a weak heart?

Without exercise, your heart muscle shrinks. This makes it difficult to distribute blood throughout your body, causing your heart to work too hard to circulate blood, oxygen and nutrients. This leads to plaque formation, causes high blood pressure, dissiness, and circulation problems. That’s aging!

Exercise is a must for the stress that ages you

Stress is the number cause of all disease in America, and there is no cure for it! Because there is no cure for stressful situations, you must seek stress relief. Stress starts off as mental and emotional strain but quickly assimilates in your body as tension. That tension in your body sets you up for more stress, anxiety, and quickly ages you physically and emotionally. Exercise releases the tension and relaxes your mind.

Don’t let aging keep you from exercising.

Now that you see that exercise is essential to any anti aging program, you can’t afford to miss out, right? Well, what keeps most of us from doing the healthy things in life is keeping the motivation up.

A great method to stay motivated is have an exercise partner. Someone to walk or go to the gym with. Someone to help keep your get up and go going.
